How your referral link works: your unique referral link and reporting dashboard are issued after approval, through our third-party affiliate platform. Tracking and commission payments are handled there, so there is nothing for you to set up or manage yourself. To keep the programme fair, each referred customer is matched by their account and payment details — if they cancel and later re-subscribe, their original 24-month commission window continues rather than restarting.

Commission is earned for the first 24 months of each referred customer's subscription only. After 24 months, commission for that customer ends. Based on all referrals maintaining their subscription throughout.

Each customer counts once. The 24-month commission window applies per customer, not per sign-up. If a referred customer cancels and later re-subscribes — through your link or otherwise — the window continues from their original start date and does not restart. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are excluded.

How payouts work

Clear, predictable commission payments

First payout after 60 days

Your first payout for each referral is made automatically by our secure payment partner, Rewardful, 60 days after their subscription commences. Payouts then continue monthly.

If a referral cancels

Should a referred customer cancel their subscription at any time, commission payments for that customer stop at the end of their current subscription period.

Paid in arrears

All commissions are paid in arrears — you are paid after each subscription month has completed and the payment has been verified, never in advance.
